Return Policy
In accordance with European Union regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been received, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Photographs of the packaging and the condition of the artwork may be requested to process transport-related claims.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
The artwork must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return transport.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom or commissioned artworks
- Digital products
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
Colour and Display Variations
Colours of the artworks may vary slightly depending on the screen settings and characteristics of the device used to view them.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
