Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped to ensure the protection of artworks during transport.

Orders are processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after purchase confirmation. During high-demand periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping carrier. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside the store’s control, especially for international shipments or during holiday periods.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may apply in the destination country.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was not collected in time, additional costs may apply for reshipping.

If an order arrives damaged during transport, the issue must be reported as soon as possible, including photographs of the packaging and the condition of the artwork, so the case can be properly reviewed.
